The Kremlin’s response seemingly contradicts Trump’s denial of Woodward’s claims.

In a declaration, Exceed representative Steven Cheung said Exceed gave Woodward "definitely no access" for guide. "None of these made-up tales by Bob Woodward hold true," he said.
